Tech 100 Business Club

  • Tech 100 Business Club members receive business card size ads in the Georgia Tech Alumni Magazine and Tech Topics. Distribution – alumni, parents, faculty, friends

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION EVENTS

Homecoming
Every fall, graduates come back to campus for four days of seminars, reunion parties, BuzzBash, Tech Tower Tailgate and a Georgia Tech football game. The weekend is a great time to reminisce, visit former classmates and explore the ever-changing Tech campus. Attendance – 2,600

  • Audience – all alumni
  • Season – fall
  • Benefits before the event – company logo/link on the Homecoming landing page at gtalumni.org and recognition as a sponsor in print ads and pre-event marketing materials.

Career Conference
The annual Career Conference, held exclusively for Tech graduates, is geared toward job placement, networking, educating and entertaining our elite alumni. Attendance – 100 companies / 1,400 alumni

  • Sponsorship cost – four pricing levels
  • Sponsorship benefits: VIP booth placement at the event, advertisement in the conference handbook, recognition at the event and in pre- event marketing material; additional benefits based upon sponsorship level

Women on Wednesdays Networking

  • WOW events focus on current business issues and specific interests affecting female Tech graduates. Attendance – 285
  • Audience – Georgia Tech alumnae
  • Event frequency – approximately four times per year
  • Sponsorship benefits – company logo/link on gtalumni.org and included in print ads/invitations; brief presentation at one event to promote company; company acknowledged in fall alumni publication; three complimentary tickets to each event

Pi-Mile Road Race
Promote your company to more than 1,000 runners/walkers during our annual 3.14 mile “Pi” fun run. Participants compete for prizes based on time, age, gender, and other categories. Attendance – 1,100

  • Audience – local runners/walkers
  • Season – spring

Ramblin’ On

  • Held each spring, Ramblin’ On gives students a time to celebrate and unwind before graduation. Attendance – more than 1,100 graduating students
  • Audience – Tech seniors
  • Season – spring
  • Sponsorship benefits – company logo/link on gtalumni.org and included in the email invitation to more than 1,000 students; signage at event; company material in packet; opportunity to distribute products to attendees
